Terms of Service

Last updated: June 28, 2026

01
Acceptance and License

By creating an account or using Scriply (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Subject to these Terms, Scriply grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes.

02
Beta Service — No Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, express or implied. We make no guarantees about uptime, accuracy, data integrity, or fitness for any particular purpose.

As a beta product, Scriply may be incomplete, contain bugs, or change significantly. Features may be added, modified, or removed at any time without notice.

03
No Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scriply and its team shall not be liable for any damages — direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential — arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. This includes any loss of data, revenue, or business arising from beta software issues.

You use Scriply during the beta period at your own risk. We strongly recommend maintaining your own backups of any financial records you enter.

04
Your Data

You own your data. We store it solely to operate the Service and will not sell it or share it with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.

05
Acceptable Use

Use the Service only for lawful business purposes. Don’t attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or misuse the platform. We may suspend or terminate access for violations without notice.
